No - all UK deliveries are free. If you would like to order a print to be delivered outside of UK then we have a shipping cost calculator for you to check how much it would be before purchase.

Once you are happy with the purchase and confirmation has been received, we will get started on your print as all prints are made to order. We aim to get your masterpiece of art to you within 3-5 working days.


You may return a Glass Vandal print within 30 calendar days of delivery and you will receive 100% refund. The product is eligible for return if it is in the original state and the mounting system has not been used. Returning item delivery charges will apply to customer. After receiving the package, the amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days. Should either of the terms of return not be fulfilled - a partial refund will be given only.

Custom and special orders can not be returned or cancelled once your order confirmed.

If an item is to be returned to us, firstly we will need to be contacted via email to discuss. Once all points have been discussed for the items return, only then will the customer be able to send the item back.

Any items that have been returned without email confirmation will not be refunded.

All products are made to order by Glass Vandal as they are tailored to your needs therefore right to withdraw from the agreement does not apply to our products. However, if the product does not meet your expectations, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss how to resolve your issue.

Also we strongly advise customers to send returns by a tracked and insured service as Glass Vandal will not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to have a safe delivery experience. If your package appears damaged during shipping, please email us at immediately so we can resolve this issue for you.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
